Bethenny Frankel (@bethenny) is a reality tv star, new Mommy, and excellent chef specializing in healthy food for all ages. Prior to her successful reality show, Bethenny was a superstar caterer to the NYC jet set. Below, are two of her favorite healthful breakfast recipes.
French Toast Made Healthy
1. Use whole grain bread (Oven Joy whole wheat, Orowheat,Sara Lee 100% whole wheat)
2. Mix egg whites and an extract such as lemon or almond coupled with stevia – it is
healthful yet tasty coating
3. lightly drizzle with maple syrup and top with fruit such as strawberries
Healthy Scone Recipe
2 cups oat flour
1/4 cup raw sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons vegetable shortening
1 mashed banana
1/2 cup soy milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
(For moist scones, add a few blueberries.)
1. Roll out to 1-inch thickness
2. Cut with a biscuit cutter.
3. Sprinkle lightly with raw sugar
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
5. Turn pan halfway through cook time.

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen made a delicious vegan chocolate cake for her son’s birthday. She mentioned in an article that used coconut oil, cocoa powder, and dates to make him a healthy, nutritious cake for his special day.
Put together these healthy ingredients in a food processor and you’ll have the same tasty dessert Gisele made for her family.

Flourless Vegan Chocolate Cake
Cake:
1 cup walnuts
1 cup dates
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Icing:
2 avocados
1/2 cup agave nectar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
dash salt
dash cinnamon
METHOD:
1. Use the food processor to mix the cake ingredients until blended and dry chunky
2. Make the icing.
3. Enjoy.

Madonna eats vegetable soup to maintain her hot body
Madonna is 50 and has the body of a woman half her age. She is 5’3 and 110 pounds. How does she do it? With the help of fitness coaches, she follows a strict macrobiotic diet and begins her day with vegetable soup. Grains are a staple of a macrobiotic diet and should be eaten with every meal. Processed foods and animal products are to be avoided by people on a macrobiotic diet.
This type of diet is thousands of years old. The father of Western medicine, Hippocrates, was the first to write about it. He described followers of the diet as ‘fit and long lived’.
Madonna loves starting her day with some miso vegetable soup. Feel free to have a cup of freshly squeezed fruit juice along with this soup. (Buying a juicer
is a great investment!) You can also steam some extra vegetables to eat along with this delicious soup.
Miso Veggie Soup
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 celery stalks, diced
2 carrots, peeled and diced
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup cooked chickpeas
2 tablespoons white miso
Coarse salt
Directions
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Cook onion, garlic, celery, and carrots until tender, 6 to 8 minutes.
Stir in broccoli and chickpeas; cook about 2 minutes.
Add 4 cups water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Dissolve miso in 2 tablespoons cool water and stir into soup. Season with salt.

What does Victoria’s Secret model Adriana Lima eat every day? Her daily meals are high on protein
and low on fat.
Breakfast: Typically Adriana eats either egg whites, oatmealand raisins, or muesli
with plain yogurt for breakfast. Along with whatever she picks to eat she has some coffee with skim milk in it!

Lunch: A portion of any meat (fish, turkey, beef) with some vegetables!
Snacks: Raw veggies such as cucumbers and carrots. She does indulge her sweet tooth with chocolatetoo! She also has a daily spoonful of raw honey

Dinner: A small salad. She said she sleeps better at night if she eats light! Buy a mini salad spinner!
